The dynamic volumetric configuration allows people to interact on different levels, via breakout areas, terraces and outdoor space that act as social platforms, creating business opportunities and interesting encounters in a relaxed easygoing atmosphere. The simple Tetris volumes provides terraces on seven distinct platforms, in addition to the street level frontage, and dynamic interior space and food court. Some of those terraces are semi-private, while others are easily accessible by the project’s tenants and the public.
