Zahret Al Sharq Project
Zahret Al Sharq is a transformative architectural project that redefines an existing hotel in KSA by integrating modern functionality and aesthetic cohesion. The development expands the original structure with the addition of a large office building and a dedicated parking facility, enhancing the site’s versatility and capacity.
To unify the design, the existing hotel was enveloped in a metallic exterior, creating visual harmony with the new additions. An extension to the hotel was also introduced, providing additional accommodations and seamlessly blending with the original structure. This project revitalizes the site, combining practicality, contemporary design, and enhanced guest and tenant experiences.
