This dynamic commercial development features twin office towers with shared retail spaces, unified through a flowing architectural language. The design presents two vertically extruded curved forms - one taller than the other - connected at ground and first floor levels to create a cohesive complex.
The entirely glazed facades are animated by rhythmic vertical white louvers that wrap both buildings, providing solar control while creating a distinctive visual identity. At street level, retail spaces activate the urban edge, while the first floor roof transforms into an accessible terrace, offering outdoor gathering space with city views.
